📖 Studio Reminders & Guidelines
⛔Do not book if you have damaged nails, injuries, or active infections.
📌A ₱500 deposit is required to prevent no-shows and secure your slot. It is non-refundable and will be applied to your total. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
⏳Your slot is held for 1 hour from the time of booking. Bookings with no deposit received within this window will be automatically cancelled and the slot released to other clients.
⏰10-minute grace period. After that, ₱100 is charged every 5 minutes of delay. Being 1 hour late will automatically cancel your appointment.
✋We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow studio guidelines.
